Unicolor has developed a process for no-waste painting based on solvent-free, waterdilutable paints and newly designed recovery systems. The overspray is reclaimed by the water curtain in the spray booth, then recovered directly from the booth water by ultrafiltration and returned to the paint loop. Theunicolor process includes paint formulation, ultrafiltration and spray booth technology.
